Tricia & Ray's Wedding

Trica & Ray's wedding was beautiful!

I didn't get a chance to take very many photos, I was a lot more busy than I had anticipated.

The few photos I did take however, were nice (except the tent was pretty dark and I didn't have my external flash with me...booooo!).

Emma's Pre-Six Month Photo Shoot

Emma turns Six months on Oct 17th. Wow I can't believe she's six months old already!

Here are a few Pre-Six Month Photo Shoot photos.

Tricia's Wedding

My very best friend Tricia is getting married on October 17th. She has asked me to pull double duty as both Bridesmaid and secondary Photographer. This will be my first time photographing a wedding. I'm quite nervous, yet very excited. I will be photographing mostly behind-the-scenes stuff and the reception.

Wish me luck.

Emma's Photo Shoot

These photos are of the most beautiful little girl on the planet, my niece, Emma...I may or may not be a little biased on that one. She smiles all the time but as soon as I take my camera out she gets that "deer in the headlights" look, which is still adorable. I managed to get a few shots of her laughing though. I keep telling her to get used to it, she will always have a camera in her face because for one, well look at her, she's adorable! And two, her aunt is a photographer. Sorry kid, at least now you know how Suri Cruise feels.

This photo I think captures Emma's curious side. Emma has always been a curious baby, since day one she has always been nosy and was always staring at people, kind of like she was studying them. She's a very deep thinker, for a 5 month old that is.

I think this is by far my favourite photo of Emma. I had just laid her on my bed to take some photos and she just put her head down and started sucking on her fingers. You can't get any cuter than that.

This photo was taken about halfway through our photo shoot. Emma was starting to get annoyed with me for taking so many photos. Sorry kid, get used to it!

This is another personal fave of mine. She was playing with her toes but decided to take a break and shoot me a look. Adorable.

Holly's Photo Shoot

Oh Holly. How do I sum up Holly in a paragraph? Hmmm...let's see. Well for one she's beautiful, two she's one heck of a softball player (she's a pitcher), and three she's an amazing girl with a huge (i mean HUGE) personality. You never really know what Holly is going to say next. She's one of a kind that's for sure!

This was the first photo I took of Holly. We had just walked across the street and I told her to stand by the wall, apparently she thought I was going to literally shoot her (as in with a gun) because she grabbed ahold of the bricks as if she was bracing herself for something. However, after a few seconds she relaxed and smiled and ta-da! A beautiful photo of Miss Holly.

This photo was taken during one of those moments I talk about where the model is completely caught off guard. She later told me that she was scratching her leg when I took the photo. I thought her facial expression was adorably Holly which is why I love it so much.

This photo was taken out at Scotts Miracle-Gro by the pond behind Corporate. She was actually walking away because we were trying to find a good place for her to stand and she was unaware I was taking her photo. She liked this photo so much she made it her profile picture of Facebook. Thanks for the free advertisement Holly!

Olivia's Photo Shoot

Olivia is a very close friend of mine, she's practically my little sister. She's beautiful, adorable and very photogenic. She's the girl I have nicknamed "Fish", she got this nickname because, well have you ever seen "Finding Nemo"? Well if you have, do you remember Dory? Let's just say, Olivia is a human version of Dory, and I mean that in a loving, older sister kind of way.

This was taken out at Green Pastures by the pond near the Gazebo. I believe she was already standing by the pond looking at the water and I just told her to put her hands in her pockets. I think it captures Olivia as well as the scenery beautifully.

Oh yes, I remember how this photo happened. We had just finished our photo shoot when Olivia shouted "would you take a picture if I stood up against the tree like this?!" I said "sure" as I took the photo and ta-da, a good representation of Olivia, aka Fish.

This is my favourite photo of Olivia that I have taken. We were walking downtown in Marysville. She was walking in front of me with her hands in her pockets (we were in search of a good place to take photos), I called her name she turned and I snapped (the photo). I love it.

This is another personal favourite. This photo also represents Olivia pretty well. I had just told a really corny joke (which I'm really good at) and she threw back her head and laughed. I took the photo not thinking it'd turn out well, but as always I was proven wrong.
